A Late Afternoon Call

The super up-scale cosmetic company, HENRI BENDEL had come to Columbus from New York to see if central Ohioans wanted the best of the best.

At 1:00pm the store manager called the maintenance office in a panic. Their showroom fixtures and product was covered with fine dust coming from the air duct system.

At 10:00PM that night Fresh Air technicians arrived at the store. One crew set up in the showroom and one crew climbed the access ladder to begin cleaning three systems completely surrounded by suspension wires and support framing.

At 6:00am the store and duct systems were spotless. The doors opened at 10:00am with a very happy staff.
