Crane Plastics Had a Unique Challenge!
Fresh Air Industrial provided the solution!
The system was clogging up with what looked like residue from the cutting process on the TimberTech extrusion line. What we didn’t know was the vac system had also collected thousands of steel wires from the wood-grain impression wheels.
Fresh Air diagnosed the problem, then
came in over our Christmas-week shut-
down and cleaned the overhead system.

We also used them to clean our
product silo’s at change-over and
the plant heating systems.
